- Gujarat Mandal of Calgary does not entertain returns for membership. Membership amount once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
- The event cancellations, however, are eligible for the refund, if the cancellation is made well ahead of the event day. The percentage of refund amount eligible will be decided by the management on a periodical basis.
