If you own a business or want to kick start a new business to the next level, this Navratri celebration event will provide an excellent platform.
1. Banner: GMofC encourages small businesses to use advertisement space at the event venue through banners. The banner must be in the size of 4 feet(H) X 8 Feet(W). No custom-size banner will be allowed.
Pricing: $1000/all 4 days
2. Stalls: GMofC promotes small businesses by allotting stall space towards encouraging small businesses to merchandise their products in front of the participants.
- Non-Food Stall Pricing: $1500/all 4 days
- Food Stall Pricing: $800/all 4 days or $400 for 1st weekend and $500 for 2nd weekend plus sales revenue share with GMofC for food stall at 20% of Revenue share to GMofC towards encouraging such community events.
With Stall rental, you will receive 2 free Navratri tickets each day.
Please note that stalls will be allocated based on a first-come, first-serve + allocation rules set by the current executive team.
There is no power provided to any of the stalls.
Electric Power Outlets
Note that no power outlet is included in the above price. This year as per our contract with the Calgary Stampede, we have to pay an additional cost for each outlet. If you need a power outlet based on your electrical equipment, these are the rate of power. This cost is directly from venue.

It is the vendor’s responsibility to identify your requirement and request power outlet. GMofC is not responsible for the wrongly selected power outlet. There will be an additional cost if a vendor requests an electric outlet or more power outlets on the event day.
