Dear GCF Team Calgary members,
We are thrilled to invite you to participate in our upcoming dance competition event that will take place from 3rd Aug to 6th Aug 2023. This three-day event will feature stage rehearsals, a series of PCTM (Participant, Choreographer, Team Manager) events every evening, and a Gala event.
As a participant, we are excited to let you know that 80% of the cost directly associated for you to be at Edmonton is subsidized to support our community and value your contribution in keeping our Gujarati culture alive in Canada. We believe that this event is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your dance skills, meet new friends, and create lifelong memories. For Supporters (limited availability and first-come-first-serve basis) we are excited to accommodate up to 50% cost subsidy with an intent for participant’s siblings & dependent to join the event along with participant for them to experience the travel & the event.
To make your participation in this event as convenient as possible, we have included bus transportation from Calgary to Edmonton, hotel stay, and PCTM participation fees (which includes food) in the cost of registration. By signing up for this event, you will have access to all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email and subsequently, all the necessary information about the event will be provided, including the detailed schedule and support in preparing for your team’s performance.
