Seniors Diwali Dinner

Namaste Members,

Gujarati Mandal of Calgary (GMofC) Seniors Committee is pleased to organize our annual Seniors Diwali and Entertainment program.

WHERE:  RIO Banquet Hall, 2850 Hopewell Place Northeast Calgary, Alberta T1Y7J7

This premier banquet hall in Calgary is known for its high-quality Indian food.

WHEN:   Sunday, October 29^th 2023,
MEAL:  A complete vegetarian meal.  Non-alcoholic event.

TICKETS:

Member – $35 for members for adults, $10 for children 5 to 12.

Nonmembers:  $45 for Adults, $10 for children 5 to 12

Children under 5 will be FREE (Members and Nonmembers):  FREE – must register to get the seat allocated.  All ticket sales will be online, and there are limited seats, so please book early.

No refunds or exchanges of any kind once the purchase is completed.  Membership verification will be done, so please ensure you are a current member of GMofC to buy “member” tickets.

SPONSORSHIP:  As you all know, with the high inflation, costs have been increasing, but we have intentionally kept the prices reasonable so more seniors can attend.  If any business wants to advertise or individuals want to donate, please get in touch with our GMofC Seniors Coordinator Jeetendra Joshi at (403) 926-4274  or by email at .  The cost of the digital banner is $100.  This will be displayed on the screens.

TICKET PURCHASE ONLINE PROCESS:

You will need the following information for each ticket you wish to purchase:  Name, age, and membership ID (for members – this is available on the main screen when you sign on to the GMofC website).
