Gujarati Mandal Diwali Dinner

Namaste Members,

Gujarati Mandal of Calgary (GMofC) Seniors Committee is pleased to organize our Annual Diwali and Entertainment program.

WHERE:  RIO Banquet Hall, 2850 Hopewell Place Northeast Calgary, Alberta T1Y7J7

This premier banquet hall in Calgary is known for its high-quality Indian food.

WHEN:  WHEN:   Saturday, Nov 25th 2023, at 6 pm (Doors open at 5:30 pm).  The program will start at 6:15 pm SHARP

MEAL:  A complete vegetarian meal.  Non-alcoholic event.

ENTERTAINMENT: This year, we are excited to bring the well-known professional Madhuban Performing Arts group to perform at our grand Diwali event.

TICKETS:

Member – $40 for members for adults, $20 for children 5 to 12.

Nonmembers:  $55 for Adults, $25 for children 5 to 12

Children under 5 will be FREE (Members and Nonmembers):  FREE – must register to get the seat allocated.  All ticket sales will be online, with limited seats, so please book early.

No refunds or exchanges of any kind once the purchase is completed.  Membership verification will be done, so please ensure you are a current member of GMofC to buy “member” tickets.

TICKET PURCHASE ONLINE PROCESS:

Each table has 10 chairs. You will need the following information for each ticket you wish to purchase:  Name, age, and membership ID (for members – this is available on the main screen when you sign on to the GMofC website).
