Seniors Out of Town Picnic

Are you a senior looking for a fun-filled day with friends from our own community? The Gujarati Mandal of Calgary (GMofC)’s Seniors Committee is delighted to organize a Seniors Picnic to Bassano, Alberta!

Registration is open ONLY FOR GMofC Active Members.

Event Details:

• Date & Time: Saturday, June 28, 2025 (Full Day)
  • Leaving Calgary at 8:00 AM
  • Returning around 7:00 PM
• Location: Bassano Community Hall, Bassano (approximately 140 km East of Calgary)
• Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea (all prepared without onion and garlic)
• Activities: Games, laughter, and fun!

 Registration Information:

• Registration Fee (includes bus transportation, meals, and light tea):
  • GMofC Members (Active 2025-26): $30
• Registration Deadline: June 20, 2025, or earlier if we reach our capacity.
  • Space is limited: We have capacity for 150 people (3 buses). Please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. ( each bus have 50 people)
• Pick-up/Drop-off Locations: Please indicate your preferred location during registration.
  • South Calgary: Heritage Station Parking Lot
  • North Calgary: Our New Indo Canadian Centre (NICC)
• Communication: Please ensure your provided email address and cell phone number are valid, as most communication will be sent to the registered email address.
• Further Details: More specific details will be sent to registered members closer to the event date.

• No refunds or exchanges of any kind once the purchase is completed.
• Membership verification will be conducted. Please ensure you are a current GMofC member to purchase “member” tickets.
