GMofC Seniors Picnic in Bowden – July 28, 2024

Are you a senior looking for a fun-filled day with friends from our own community?
The Gujarati Mandal of Calgary (GMofC)’s Seniors committee is organizing a Seniors Picnic to Bowden, Alberta!
Registration is open ONLY FOR GMofC Members.
Here are the details:
Date & Time: Sunday, July 28, 2024 (Full Day)
- Leaving Calgary at 8:00 AM
- Returning around 7:00 PM
Location: Peterson Community Centre, Bowden (106 km north of Calgary)
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea (prepared without onion and garlic)
Activities: Games, laughter, and fun!
Optional Activity: Visit to the Discovery Wildlife Park (additional $15 per person). Discovery Wildlife Park offers unique wildlife experiences creating lasting memories.
Registration:
• Registration Fee:
- o GMofC Members (Active 2024-25): $25
- Fee includes bus transportation, meals, and light tea
• Registration Deadline: July 7, 2024, or earlier if we have reached our capacity (Space is limited—3 buses with capacity for 150 people). Please register as soon as possible.
• Registration Information: Indicate pick-up/drop-off location (South Calgary or North Calgary) during registration.
• Please ensure the email address and cell phone number are valid, as most communication will be done to the provided email address.
• More details will be sent to registered members closer to the date.
