Annual Picnic

Gujarati Mandal of Calgary committee is excited to invite all of you to the much-awaited event “ANNUAL FAMILY PICNIC”.

PLEASE REGISTER USING THE FAMILY REGISTRATION FORM BUT PLEASE BRING AN ENTRY TICKET PRINTOUT OR DOWNLOAD FILE ON YOUR SMARTPHONE  AND WE NEED THE CORRECT HEADCOUNT TO SERVE YOU BETTER.

Fees

Members

• Members including spouse and kids over 16 years: $20.00/person
• Member’s kid age between 6 to 16 years: $10.00/person
• Member’s kid below the age of 6: free but require registration

Non-Members/Guests:

• Guest/non-members and kids over 16 years: $35.00/person
• Guest/non-member’s kid age between 6 to 16 years: $20.00/person
• Guest/non-member’s kid below the age of 6: free but require registration

ON DOOR REGISTRATION: $50  (all ages, no exception for members)

We have limited capacity. Please register at the earliest to avoid last-minute disappointment.

Remember to bring: Water bottle (Important), Mosquito Repellent, Sunglasses, Lawn chair, Sunblock, hat and any essential items you feel appropriate. Please don’t forget to check the weather forecast for July 16, 2022.

Please feel free to bring tents and kites if available.

• 9.00 – 10.00 Entry Registration
• 10.00 – 11.00 Breakfast
• 11.00 am – 1.00 pm Games, Fun and Family Games Competition
• 1.00 – 2.00 Lunch
• 2.00 – 3.00 Bingo/Antakshari
• 3.00 – 4.00 Snacks & clean up

Gujarati Mandal is also offering members the opportunity to sponsor this event by placing their banners and setting tables for their businesses. ($100 for table, $50 for banner or $125 for both)
